1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PlasmaSpire's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

PlasmaSpire provides lead generation services through advanced AI-powered technology, social network integration, and multi-channel advertising platforms. Our services include:

• Lead identification and qualification
• Multi-channel advertising campaign management
• Social media integration and targeting
• Real-time analytics and reporting
• Performance optimization and consulting

3. Service Qualification

PlasmaSpire reserves the right to qualify potential clients based on business requirements, budget capacity, and service compatibility. Not all applicants will be accepted for our services. We will review each application and notify qualified prospects within 24-48 hours.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:

• Search Engine Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Social Media Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

5. Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Meets your specified demographic and geographic criteria
• Has demonstrated genuine interest through specific actions (form submission, phone call, direct inquiry)
• Provides accurate and verifiable contact information
• Has not been previously delivered to your account

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and targeting criteria
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methods and data

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. Lead information is provided exclusively to the purchasing client and is not shared with competitors or third parties. All data handling complies with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

8. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies used by PlasmaSpire remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to replicate our systems or processes.

9. Service Limitations

While we strive for optimal performance, PlasmaSpire does not guarantee:

• Specific conversion rates or sales outcomes
• Continuous service availability without interruption
• Lead delivery within specific timeframes
• Results in highly regulated or restricted industries

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. PlasmaSpire reserves the right to immediately terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.

11. Limitation of Liability

PlasmaSpire's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tucson, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arizona law governs these terms.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
